DISEASES OF URINARY SYSTEM

(A) BURNING MICTURITION
In case of gonorrhea or (U.T.I.) after the excretion of fragment of stone and due to the inflammation of urethra (urethritis) patient complains of burning sensation while urinating. R.B.C and pus cells are found in microscopic examination of the urine and the colour of urine become change.
Bana Diq-ul-Buzoor:Useful in burning micturition and irritation of the urethra and urinary bladder.Directions: 5 pills to be taken with fresh water.
New shama's M Bazoor S F: It removes burning micturation and useful in expelling residua of liver, Kidney and Urinary Bladder through urine. Strengthen the kidney for filtration. It is also useful in chronic fever. Directions: 20 to 30ml to be taken two times a day or as directed by the physician.

Sharbat Buzoori Motadil :
Excrete infections of liver, kidney and bladder in urine. Removes burning micturition.Directions: 25 to 50ml to be taken mixed in a little water.

( B ) POLYUREA AND DIABETES MELLITUS

In this disease patient passes excessive urine and specific gravity of urine increases. Patient feels increased thirst and hunger, abdomen becomes voluminous and tender which is called diabetic abdomen. inheritance, obesity, excess use of sweet items, excessuse of alcohol, excessive sexual intercourse, lack of exercise, excessive mental work and trauma at the site of pancreas are responsible for causing diabetes mellitus. Pancreas is a gland found in human body and islets of langerhans, which produce insulin, are situated in its part whenever we used to eat sweet or starch enriched diet then these islets start to secrete insulin, which normalises the enhanced level of sugar in the blood. if the insulin secretion is lesser then the required quantity then oralhypoglycemic agent may prove successful and if there is absolute of insulin producing islets due to removal by surgical procedure or if they have become completely damaged and insulin secretion is zeroed, then in this condition oral medication is of no value and insulin is the only helpful medicine. Diabetic patients are very prone to tuberculous infections, neuralgic diseases, cardiac and kidney diseases. If the Diabetes is left without treatment, there are chances of complicated Diabetes (because it is called mother of the diseases) detail of which can be seen with details in various books of Unani Medicines.In conculsion Diabetes is a disease, which cannot be cured but may be controlled with proper medications and dietary restrictions only.

Kushta Baiza Murgh:
It relieves polyurea and bed-wetting.Direction: 60-60mg to be taken with 5-5g Majun Falasfa in the morning and evening.
Kushta Zumurrud:Reduces the heat of bladder and relieves polyurea. Useful in the weakness of heart and liver.Direction: 30mg to be taken with 5g Jawarish Zarooni Sada.

Majoon-e-Kundur:
Useful in polyurea, weakness of bladder and bed wetting.Direction: 5g to be taken mixed with 60mg Kushta Baiza Murgh in the morning and evening.

Majun-e-Masik-ul-Bole:
It is useful in the weakness of bladder and polyurea. Apart from this also relieves spermatorrhoea.Direction: 5to10g to be taken with fresh water or pine apple juice.

Qurs Ziyabetus Sada :
Useful in Diabetes and Polyurea.Direction: 5g to be taken with a little water in the morning.
Shakreen: It is useful in Diabetes. Regular use of this medicine help to control the blood sugar level and minimize the bed effect of Diabetes on the vital organs.Direction: 1 to 2 tablets to be taken 1/2 hour before each meal with water or as directed by the physician.

Shakrina:
Diabetes mellitus makes helpless even the physicians of great expertise. Consequently, the patient becomes addict to the medicines.In such conditions, Shakrina controls the disease gradually and patient feels improvement in his condition.Direction: 2 tablets to be taken with water in the morning and evening. As the quantity of sugar reduces in the urine, the dose of medicine may be reduced accordingly.


(C) RENAL, BLADDER STONE AND WEAKNESS

The stones of kidney and urinary bladder are composed of (1) Uric acid (2) Calcium oxalates (3) Phosphates, The stone of uric acid is brown and reddish in colour, stone of calcium oxalate is blackish in colour and stone of phosphates is light yellow in colour. These stones accumulate in kidney and use to stay in their place in kidney or after separation in ureter and form ureteric stone. then travels to urinary bladder where it stays for some time. Its fragment passes through urethra for some time obstructs urethra leading to severe pain and bleeding.patient feels difficulty in urination and passes urine-containing calcium, blood and pus cells, and apart from this feels heaviness and pain at both renal areas. Patient feels severe colicy pain at the site of calculus and become irritable and often starts vomiting. Due to formation and excretion of stones, urinary tract infection (U.T.I)becomes a common trend. Urinary tract becomes inflamed leading to disorders of kidneys and urinary bladder.

Destone Syrup : 
It is good diuretic. Excrete the stone of kidney and urinary bladder through urine in the form of sends. It relieves burning sensation of urinary passage as well pain in the passage. Improve renal function. Directions: 2 to 3 teaspoon ful two to three times a day or as directed by the physician. For best and early result take Destone tablets with syrup.
Destone Tablet: Due to formation of stones and urinary tract infection patient feels sever colic pain and heaviness at renal area. Destone tablet expels stone of the kidney and urinary bladder and also reduces the pain.Directions: 1 to 2 tablets taken two to three times a day or as directedby the physician.

Iksir Gurda:
It expels the smaller stone of kidney. It also reduces kidney pain.Directions: One tablet to be taken with 6g Majun Hajrul Yahud in the morning and evening.

Jawarish Zarooni Sada:
Strengthens liver, kidney and urinary bladder.Directions: 5g to be taken with water in the morning and evening.
Jawarish Zaruni Ambari Banuskha Kalan:strengthens brain, liver, Kidney and urinary bladder. Also useful in polyurea, headache, phlegmatic cough and gout.Directions: 5g to be taken with 30mg Kushta Faulad in the morning and evening.

Majoon Aqrab:
Excreted the stone of kidney and urinary bladder in the form of sand in urine. Moreover, it relieves pain also.Directions: 3-5g to be taken with water in morning evening.
Majoon Sang Sare Mahi:Excrete the stone of kidney and urinary bladder in urine.Directions: 5g to be taken mixed with 30mg Kushta Hajrul yahud.Sharbat Aloo Baloo:It is diuretic. Excrete the stone of kidney and bladder with urine.Direction: 25ml to be taken mixed in water in the morning and evening.
