Refund Policy

Returns for refund/replacement in case of damage condition must be received back into the warehouse within 10 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.

You need to call us on our customer services number 011-29542530 or mail us at newshama.sales@gmail.com , customer within 10 days whichever applicable, from the date of order.

In return case, please understand that we can't bear a loss either; so the return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sealed condition (with invoice) with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

For damaged products kindly mail us the clear & good quality snap/image/photo of damaged product & copy of order invoice, at newshama.sales@gmail.com and also inform us at 011-29542530.
